Organic Almonds are considered by some to be one of the few true “super foods.” We understand and agree with that, but the coolest part about organic almonds being a “super food” is that they are super yummy, super easy, and super fun! Yeah, we are a little nutty for our organic almonds and agree they truly are a super food!

Almonds are nutrient packed! When compared, ounce for ounce, to all other tree nuts, almonds have the highest levels of protein, calcium, fiber, riboflavin, niacin, and vitamin E. Almonds are an exceptional source of alpha-tocopherol, a particular type of vitamin E, which is a powerful antioxidant. Alpha-tocopherol is the form of vitamin E that is most readily absorbed and assimilated by the body. Also, antioxidants are well known and documented to neutralize harmful free radicals in our bodies.

One of the really wonderful things about our organic almonds is that we believe all nutrition is not created equal. We work hard to make sure that our orchards are well nourished too. Thus, it is our opinion our organic almonds have that little extra touch of nature’s goodness in every kernel.
